Service Description

General coaching sessions are geared to be a safe, confidential space where we discuss the happenings of the week. We can discuss problems that arise during the week and whatever is weighing on your mind. We will also discuss resources for resolving problems, managing stress, and strategize ways to cope with problematic situations.
