I help people over 50 reconnect with themselves, protect their peace, and create a life that feels more honest, meaningful, and alive.
Most people find me through TikTok, where I talk about life after 50, Gen X identity, boundaries, emotional clarity, and the quiet ways we stop shrinking ourselves.
How This Started
I started painting in 2005 after my grandmother died. My first painting was a portrait of her.
What began as a way to move through grief slowly became something much bigger: a different way of seeing life itself.
Painting taught me that life is layered. That healing is rarely linear. That people carry invisible stories beneath the surface. And that sometimes the most honest thing we can do is stop pretending the picture is finished.
That perspective still shapes everything I do.
What I Believe
I believe life after 50 can become more honest, peaceful, and intentional.
Less proving.
More clarity.
Less noise.
More truth.
Less shrinking.
More life.
Whether through coaching, writing, painting, or conversation, my work is about helping people reconnect with themselves and create a second half that actually feels like theirs.
Background
I am seminary educated and hold a Master of Divinity degree. My background includes ministry, wellness coaching, creativity, writing, and years of working with people navigating transition, reinvention, grief, identity, purpose, and personal growth.
My approach blends emotional honesty, practical clarity, creativity, wellness, and spiritual depth in a grounded, conversational way.
Your Life Is Still the Art

You are allowed to outgrow old versions of yourself.
