A few years ago, I worked closely with Ori Hofmekler, author of the Warrior Diet. My duties not only involved the creative design and management of his nutrition websites, but the writing and implementation of newsletters, emails, blogs, online forum and all web maintenance. Through this close collaboration with Ori, I had the privilege of co-writing The Anti-Estrogenic Diet book, published by North Atlantic Books, a division of Random House.
As a natural part of my association with Warrior Diet, The Anti-Estrogenic Diet and Defense Nutrition, I was certified on Warrior Diet and The Anti-Estrogenic Diet, as well as for Ori’s Controlled Fatigue Training (CFT) program. In person, via email and through an online community forum at www.defensenutrition.com, I provided nutritional and fitness consulting, most commonly geared towards those trying to lose weight and become leaner. I also consulted with those who had estrogen related disorders using the Anti-Estrogenic Diet.

Besides ministry, wellness consulting and executive coaching, I collaborate with Transformation, Inc. – a highly specialized nutritional and fitness training group in Raleigh, NC that provides lifestyle, nutritional and fitness consulting to individuals and corporations. In fact, I recently created and co-wrote another book with them entitled, “The 2 Step Guide to Weight Loss & Wellness.” I currently use this manual to help my clients lose weight, lower blood sugar, lower cholesterol and fight off disease.
